Terms of use
General. Use of the Arbel Aerial Photography & Engineering website (the "Site") is subject to the terms detailed in this document. Use of the Site constitutes the user's full acceptance of these terms.
Site content. The Site serves as a brand platform for Arbel Aerial Photography & Engineering and presents information about the company's services, completed projects, and team. Information on the Site is current as of publication and is subject to change without prior notice.
Intellectual property. All intellectual property rights on the Site, including images, videos, texts, logos, trademarks, and designs, are the exclusive property of Arbel Aerial Photography & Engineering or of the rights holders with whom the company has contracted. Inquiries and contact. Contact forms, quote requests, and other inquiries through the Site are used by the company for business communication purposes only. The company commits to responding to inquiries within about 24 hours on business days.
Limitation of liability. The Site and its content are provided AS IS. The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from use of the Site, reliance on the information presented, or technical malfunctions.
Changes to terms. The company may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be published on the Site and will apply from their date of publication. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms and use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising from use of the Site lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district.
Privacy policy
Information collection. Arbel Aerial Photography & Engineering respects the privacy of Site users. The company collects personal information only when the user chooses to submit it on their own initiative, for example through a contact form or a quote request. Such information typically includes name, phone number, email address, and project details.
Use of information. The information collected is used to respond to inquiries, send quotes, manage client relationships throughout the project, and for internal business operations only. The company will not transfer the information to third parties, except where required by law or for service delivery (for example, technology service providers under confidentiality agreements).
Cookies and anonymous data. The Site may use Cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze visitor behavior, and understand Site usage. Accessibility policy
Accessibility statement. Arbel Aerial Photography & Engineering believes that an accessible internet is an important value, and works to make the Site accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with the Israeli accessibility standard (IS 5568) at AA level, aligned with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Adaptations made. The Site was designed and developed with attention to the following principles:
- Semantic page structure with appropriate HTML tags (headings, lists, links, navigation).
- High color contrast between text and background, meeting standard requirements.
- Alt text for informative images and graphics.
- Full keyboard-only navigation support, including logical tab order and clear focus marking.
- Option to skip directly to main content.
- Screen reader support via ARIA tags where appropriate.
- Respect for user reduced-motion preferences (prefers-reduced-motion).
Known limitations. Some parts of the Site, such as video content or 3D models, may not be fully accessible to all disability types. We work continuously to improve accessibility and commit to addressing any specific inquiry.
